Once the cryptocurrencies are sent from Kriptomat, Kriptomat will not be able to recover the funds.

Please note that:

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and you may lose access to your funds if you send cryptocurrency from Kriptomat to an external wallet address that is not under your control.

Sending cryptocurrencies to any third party such as trading platforms, investment managers and brokers may result in a permanent loss of funds.

This is because these institutions and individuals may be fraudulent and are exploiting the fact that crypto transactions are anonymous.

Sending cryptocurrencies to the wrong wallet address may result in the permanent loss of your funds.

To send crypto to another wallet, you need to follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Kriptomat account and go to My wallet. On this page, you can see your balance for each digital or fiat currency authorized by Kriptomat.
  2. Find the type of cryptocurrency you want to send (for example, bitcoin) and click the Send button.
  3. If you chose to send bitcoin in the previous step, a window will open where you can “Send bitcoin to wallet”. Enter the amount and wallet address you want to send your digital currency to. Make sure you have entered the correct wallet address (for example, do not send bitcoin to an ethereum wallet). The amount of the transfer must be at least 35 euros in cryptocurrencies. Please note that with some cryptocurrencies, such as XRP (Ripple) or Stellar (XLM), you will need to choose the wallet address and enter it in the Destination field.
  4. Tap the Submit button.
  5. An SMS code will be sent to your phone number and you will be prompted to enter it in the dialog box. Alternatively, if you have enabled Google 2FA, you must enter the six-digit code from the Google Authenticator app that you have installed on your phone.
  6. Before clicking the Confirm and Send button, we recommend that you double-check the transaction details one more time, just to make sure that you are sending the correct amount of cryptocurrency to the correct wallet address.
